Local Security Authority Process high CPU usage
chrome local security authority process
Each time when chrome is started lass.exe will utilize cpu for just under a sec CPU to 100%, barely noticeable.
I confirm issue is fixed after deleting the folder
"C:\Users\<username>\appdata\roaming\microsoft\protect\<guid>"
Note: if you have multiple local accounts, it needs to be done under every account.
