【環湖出咀】 路線全長約30公里，被行山界定為長途遠足的考牌路線之一，以步行計全走要10小時以上，全程沒有補給點，中途很多路段都沒有樹蔭，有一定程度的中暑或缺水風險。所以考量個人能耐，難度是很高的。

一般而言，此路線多由烏蛟騰起步，總點為大尾篤，因為入夜之後烏蛟騰的小巴往返不確定，而大尾篤就有更多交通工具。而總站在大尾篤亦可以有士多可供補給。

由烏蛟騰起步亦有分兩條路線可供選擇：

1. 比較難的路線: 
烏蛟騰→馬頭峰→大峒→鹿湖峒→跌死狗→鳳凰笏頂→大嶺→黃竹角咀鬼手石→大嶺→鳳凰笏頂→跌死狗→鹿湖峒→鵝髻頂→長牌墩→船灣淡水湖主壩→大尾篤

水口村 ⇒ 中狗牙坑 ⇒ 虎吼石河 ⇒ 一線生機 ⇒狗牙嶺 ⇒ 斬柴坳 ⇒ 昂坪 (全程約5.5小時)

一條高難度而路程不長的路線，技巧和體力要求甚高。
